Unfortunately, we cannot recover your encryption password. This is by design - Relica uses zero-knowledge encryption, which means we never have access to your password. This ensures your data remains private, but it also means you must keep your password safe. We recommend using a password manager.
You can reset your account password (not your encryption password) by visiting the password reset page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to create a new password.
First, check your internet connection and ensure your cloud provider is accessible. If the backup is still stuck, try canceling and restarting it. If the problem persists, check the logs in Relica (Settings > Logs) and email us with the relevant error messages.
You can cancel your subscription from your account dashboard. Go to Settings > Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
